Is it just me or does having the 2 sets of fixtures on one page look confusing. Would it be better to have tem on 2 seperate pages?

I guess the thinking was that those of us living between and betwixt could see both venues at the same time and make up our minds where to go. I did my best to tidy up the meets into two columns - not a two minute task I might add. Just remember Blagdon is proposed for June 4th when Kevin can find somebody to confirm it.
Twitchers who pay nothing to look at feathers are causing us hassle here. You know just how disturbed nesting birds get - they generally ignore us. I'm not convinced about a coot shortage either. Perhaps I shouldn't have saved those rare and lovely little dab chicks from predation by carrion crows last year!!? Most of us have enough sense to know when to move clear of edgy birds don't we?

Still think the fixtures should be on 2 seperate sheets. Not hard to look at 2 pages.

As an Officer of the BFTA, as far as I am aware everything except Blagdon should be fixed and as published. This allows people including me, to book hotels etc. to allow travel to the venues. Blagdon is still a problem as Kev. has not been able to get into direct contact with the right person in the management there. I just confirmed this with Kevin in a few minutes ago. The dates only change in exceptional circumstances.

We have put Burrator back to the original date 4th June , we arranging to fish from 12 pm to 6 pm. This solves the problem of getting permits and parking with the earlier start.
Also John and myself are going to fish Fernworthy on the Sunday if anyone else wants to fish it let me know. We intend to get to the water at 9 am.
