End of season bash at Ladybower on the 28th normal arrangements fish 10 till 4 bacon buttie at 9 food in the Ladybower Inn at 5. 4 fish ticket £33 C&R £27. Put your names down here and I will let Steve Newsome know the numbers for the food orders

if its blowing a gale as the forecast predicts I would give it a miss but a little puff is acceptable. I am not carrying the extra weight to anchor my tube as some are, so will leave it till nearer the time to make my decision. This is a fun day not a comp. and fighting the elements is not fun to me.

Weather at the moment looks OK 10 mph average. Should be no problem.

It was a bit blowey the boats were called off early after 2 nearly sank tubers stayed out until we were called in think the boats felt embarrassed that we we still out (it wasn’t that bad just crap handlers on the boats) Geoff has said that we can have a free day fishing Saturday the 11th to make up for it. Ken had a 20lb rainbow that took forever to land what a fish Mark had a double in his bag Rik caught a duck! Hope you feel better Martin also turned up and Iain. Even worse there was no ice cream van!!!
