Good article in this months Trout Fisherman regarding the venue with the emphasis on float tubing well done to the local lads for highlighting the venue and previous problems with the council

Yes well done lads.

It is great to see that Thrybergh is still open as a trout fishery - I had the idea that it was done and dusted as a watersports and coarse fishery following the shenanegans a couple of years ago.

Can anybody up there tell us what the policy is regarding stocking now?  Do they just throw a few fish in just before the season starts, or is there a sustainable season through stocking policy now? Is there a fishery manager?  (Presumably Alan has gone / retired).

AND:

Is there a chance of us returning there for competitions / special days including meals etc.
