Further to requests, this section has been added to allow members to list suitable B&B's, Hotels, Travel Lodges, Caravan and also campsites close to fisheries.
I would suggest that where possible, an indication of price, proximity to the fishery, whether breakfast is available, directions and contact details are included. A BRIEF report of the venue would also be useful.

Pear tree farm have two cottages for rent right on Elinor site just behind the ticket office, one sleeps 4 in two bedrooms and the other sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. We have stayed in both and they are each very cosy and well equipped with a good sized fridge freezer in both for all those lovely fish you will catch. Private parking round rear of cottages, not sure of current prices but you can find out by going on web site. It is a testament to how good they are because they are well used by the fishermen and can be booked up.
You don't have to fish Elinor to stay there you can of course fish many of the excellent waters around this area but if you wish you can simply get up and go fishing from 7am during the summer which is great, no traveling
